The Outsider

The Outsider is the beautiful yet tragic tale of two young boys, growing up in the seemingly idyllic, off-grid, dystopic world of Swanson, California, in the middle of the 21st century.

Change has come, but for many, it’s not a change they want… for many reasons. So they stay and endure the hardship that Outsiders endure.

For some, its religious ideology. The Biblical Book of Revelations foretold the coming of the number of the beast. The Mark is now a reality. It is the opt-in default for participation in The Network and the luxuries it brings. Is the Puppet Master the antichrist?

For others it’s complacency and for many, home is where the heart is, and no new fang dangled system is moving them away from it.
